07
Do you already have available candidates who can start work as soon as possible (next week, in a month...)?
08
Who organizes the transport of workers to their place of residence (or place of work)?
No. At Jupiter, we begin a new selection of workers for each client based on the specific needs of their company.
The drivers of the Jupiter company, upon the arrival of the workers in the country, bring the workers to the place of accommodation that you have provided for them or to the place of work that is determined by the employment contract, all in agreement with you.
09
Who covers the cost of the worker's plane ticket upon arrival?
10
Does Jupiter provide accommodation?
The cost of the flight ticket is covered by licensed agencies from Asia.
No. It is the employer's duty to provide accommodation.
11
Do you hire labor only for seasonal jobs and/or can you provide labor for a longer period?
12
How do our recruiters perform the selection and what steps do we take to select the candidates that best suit your needs?
The minimum employment period for workers is 6 months. If you are satisfied with their work, the contract can be extended indefinitely with mutual consent between your company and the worker. Exceptionally, with special agreement, there is the possibility of hiring workers for seasonal jobs (for a period shorter than 6 months).
We offer flexible options, our recruiters can conduct the entire selection, organize interviews, and/or allow your recruiters to attend or lead the interviews. Once you decide to hire workers through our agency, the first step is to conduct an interview with you and then complete a personalized questionnaire with all relevant information about the workers you wish to hire. After analysis, we select candidates who best match your needs.
13
How does our cooperation with certified foreign partners ensure the hiring of competent candidates?
14
How does our legal team ensure compliance and transparency during the selection, visa and work permit process?
After signing the contract, we send the request to our foreign partners with all the specifics, based on the qualifications and other details you require. We would like to emphasize that we work with certified foreign partners through which we have access to a database of over 2 million qualified workers. All of them have undergone verification and are qualified for the positions they applied for, thus ensuring that incompetent candidates will not be engaged.
We control the entire process of selection, preparation of necessary documentation and application to state institutions. Our legal team is in constant contact with you throughout the D visa and work permit process, ensuring that the entire process is legal and transparent.
